SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
 

We do offer delivery in the metro Charlotte area up to 40 miles radius of our location for a flat charge of $ 20.00 for orders below $1500.00 if your order is above $1500 then that charge is waived. For local deliveries we will need your order 2 days before your delivery route day, (please refer the delivery schedule if you don’t have one please contact us). And if it is out of delivery route area then freight is applied depending on the weight and size of the package.In case if you have bigger size order and delivery has to be done a bit further than 40 miles please call our shipping department, we might deliver it free on a case to case basis.

For bulk orders or big shipments we usually ship the next day and for smaller USPS/UPS/ FedEx orders if we get the order by 2 pm est we usually ship same day.


Please contact our Customer Service before placing an order to confirm if you qualify for free shipping or to get more details on shipping charges if you are outside the delivery area.

We also ship via USPS/UPS, FedEx or our own trucks outside the free shipping radius. Our shipping charges are what the carrier charges. We do not charge any extra processing or handling charges or tag on other charges.
